Once confirmed on Evertonfc, bets cannot be changed or cancelled. It is entirely the user's responsibility to verify all details before placing a bet.

Evertonfc reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

In-play bets may not be accepted if a delay results in the outcome of the event already being known. Any bet placed before a live internet disconnection will remain valid.

All bonus offers on Evertonfc are subject to specific wagering requirements, which must be met before a withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement for each offer is clearly stated alongside it.

The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only. A bonus cannot be claimed more than once. Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — please refer to the specific offer for details.

• Exploiting technical errors or bugs.

Evertonfc may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances — without prior notice.

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Detection of suspicious betting patterns.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may close their account at any time. Any existing balance will be returned; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

Evertonfc will not be held liable for losses resulting from technical outages, third-party service failures, or natural disasters. However, users will be appropriately compensated for any losses caused by faults on the platform itself.
