This issue is usually caused by one of two things — an outdated app version or accumulated cache.

First, try: Check your phone's mobile data or Wi-Fi connection, then fully close the app and reopen it.

If you get an update notification: Download the latest APK from the official Evertonfc website at evertonfc.ws (for Android). iOS users can update via the App Store.

Clear Cache: Go to your phone's Settings → Apps → Evertonfc → Storage → Clear Cache, then relaunch the app.

If the problem persists, try restarting your phone. If it still doesn't resolve, contact Evertonfc Support via live chat — they can help directly once they see a screenshot.

There are two ways to temporarily or permanently close your Evertonfc account.

Cooling-off period: Log in and go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Cooling-Off Period. You can take a break of 1 day to 6 weeks. During this time, logging in or placing bets will not be possible.

Long-Term Break (Self-Exclusion): From the same menu, select Self-Exclusion and choose a duration — 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. Once active, the exclusion cannot be cancelled before the period ends.

To permanently delete your account: Email support with your request. Withdraw any existing balance first — once the account is deleted, your balance cannot be recovered.
